Our Why
My son, Gene, and I know the impact of bullying firsthand.
Throughout our lives, we have experienced bullying in different types of relationships and environments, including school, the workplace, church, and intimate relationships. We have experienced it both as children and as adults, and we understand that bullying does not always look the way people expect it to.
We also understand that when bullying is left unaddressed, the effects can reach far beyond the moment itself. It can affect how we see ourselves, how we communicate, how we trust others, how we respond to conflict, and how we navigate relationships. Over time, those experiences can leave emotional wounds that deserve to be acknowledged and healed.
That is why we chose to turn our experiences into purpose.
Through education, advocacy, and healing-focused work, we help others recognize the impact of bullying and the emotional trauma it can create. More importantly, we teach people how to navigate those experiences, reclaim their voice, establish healthy boundaries, and begin the healing process.
We believe healing is possible.
You do not have to remain defined by what happened to you. You can learn from your experiences, heal from the damage, and move forward with greater peace, confidence, and purpose.
Our pain became part of our purpose. Now, we use what we have learned to help others heal.
